A calm and relaxing treatment to promote your body’s regenerative self-healing ability, enhance wellbeing and balance mind, body and spirit. Healing energy channelled from a Reiki Master into you, can be focussed on holistic wellbeing or to a specific focus. For example:

Reiki can be conducted as a once off or ad-hoc treatment, however, depending on what you or your body are working on, you may find it beneficial to consider a treatment plan.

Reiki involves working in your energy field. This provides an opportunity - with your permission - to take a reading of your predominant energies and provide you with feedback on areas for focus in your personal development.

Healing can be sent over a distance to those who are not able to travel or have physical contact with others.

Reiki can help with clearing negative energies from a room, home or physical space, cleansing crystals and personal items. Shorter/longer sessions on arrangement.

Animals are naturally sensitive to energy and highly receptive to Reiki. Reiki is not a substitute for veterinary care and it is illegal for anyone other than a vet to diagnose an animal but Reiki can offer a gentle and non-invasive way to reduce stress, manage pain, support overall physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. For example:

• Calming fear, aggression, restlessness, anxiety or phobias, complementing behavioural training

• Creating a sense of safety and relaxation and reducing trauma for rescue animals

After completing Reiki One, you may wish to expand your Reiki to healing others.

Reiki Two training will allow you to:

• Deepen understanding of energy flow

• Receive the symbols & attunements to deliver Reiki to others

• Practice Reiki both in person and via Distance Healing

• Gain the tools, templates and understanding to set up a professional Reiki practice

We will also cover types of Reiki, understanding of the human body both physically and energetically, scanning and clearing blockages, client care and creating complimentary health care plans as well as values for practice, industry standards and legal obligations.

Courses run in person from 9:30 - 4:30 over two days in Epsom or Leatherhead in small groups of up to 6 students.

‍Nine months after completing Reiki One/ six months after completing Reiki Two you may want to take your Reiki journey to Mastery.

Reiki Master offers the opportunity to:‍

• Define your personal Reiki journey and standard of achievement

• Learn to use final Reiki symbols

• Receive Master attunements to strengthen Reiki flow & practice

• Practice Reiki distance healing (past and future)

• Achieve Reiki Master level qualification and certification

The course will also cover embracing a life of Reiki, meditation, enhanced protection, continual personal growth and professional development.

This is a one day course held in Epsom.
